Really quick, let’s give some context to this conversation. Kaylee, what are some of the big challenges we're running into with content creation as it relates to trying to get customers online and through social media, building your brand, and being visible when your customers go online to solve their problems, which your product or service can solve? What's different today?

It used to be that you could throw a blog up and shout it out on social media or on your website and people would find you. That's obviously no longer the case. Today, we’re overloaded with content. It’s everywhere! And while content is still king, today it’s more about creating great content. It's not just about SEO and hitting keywords anymore. It's about creating content that engages your audience where they are. And it’s about creating content that is accessible in a variety of ways such as audio, video, static visuals, text, and more.

But with all of the advances we’ve made in content writing, design, and production, the bottom line is that you really do need to be putting out a lot of it. And the best way to do that is essentially in bulk.

The Problem: The Disconnect Between Creators and the Brand

The last several years, one of the big challenges I've heard from our clients and companies that want to work with us is that they've hired great writers, yet there seems to be a disconnect between the words technically written around the topic, and the way the brand would discuss the topic.

Getting Started

We keep things simple.

When you sign-up for our video service, we'll send you a link to our calendar so you can schedule your first recording session.

Once you have reserved your recording session, we will send you a calendar invitation with the link to our virtual recording studio and a short step-by-step guide to logging in. 

We may also ask you questions related to your products and services, the way you do business, your ideal customer, and other key research-based topics. But not to worry, we will provide the questions to you before your recording session so you will know exactly what to expect. 

 

What to Expect: Our Video Recording Process

When it's time for your recording session, you'll log in to our virtual studio, where one of our brand experts will sit down with you one-on-one for a casual conversation about your brand.

Again, we may also ask you questions related to your products and services, the way you do business, your ideal customer, and other key research-based topics. But not to worry, we will provide the questions to you before your recording session so you will know exactly what to expect.

 

During the recording session, we will coach you through it – kind of like mini-directing you through your own movie. But the best part is we are NOT talking about a live video. This is a recording session, so even if you mess up, you can always start over, or even stumble a little bit. Remember, stumbling is human, and human is relatable! Whatever your personality is and your brand requires, our team will help you portray it in a way you’re comfortable with.

The physical experience itself is a lot like being on a zoom call. The only real difference is that we use a studio platform that allows us to produce videos at a better quality.

To help you get comfortable, we will give you access to the virtual studio ahead of time, so that you can get in, get the feel for it, etc.

However, during the actual recording, you won't have to worry about anything other than being yourself and letting your expertise shine. We will handle everything on the production side.
